Refunds, cancellations, or penalties will follow the conditions stated in each contract or agreement.

6. Materials and warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.

Raylu Painting and Construction LLC guarantees proper application of materials and workmanship quality for a period of 3 months after project completion, provided proper use and maintenance are followed.

Clients must:

Provide access to the work area on agreed dates and times

Ensure basic utilities (e.g., water, electricity) are available during work

Inform us of any special property conditions that may affect safety or project progress

8. Responsibilities of the company

Raylu Painting and Construction LLC will:

Execute services with qualified staff under proper safety standards

Comply with applicable laws and safety regulations

Notify the client of unforeseen circumstances that may affect costs or deadlines

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, supply shortages, client changes)

Damages resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party interventions

Indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits

Information on this website, which is provided for general purposes and may change without notice
